I miss my 4 children a lot. Raising them was the joy of my life. Fortunately, we are very good about keeping in touch on a regular basis. They are all grown now with families of their own, and very successful in life. They did way better than me and my husband. Despite surviving poverty and their parents divorce, they all went to college on financial aid, scholarships, and student loans. They studied abroad, had extraordinary experiences, and now are living very well.
